Introduction to the sanding disc

Our workshop comprises of several sections that work towards the complete production process of sanding discs. We have a raw material section where the materials used for sanding discs such as sandpaper, adhesives, and backing plates are stored and organized. Once the raw materials have been quality-checked and approved, they are transported to the production area where the manufacturing process begins.

Our production area is divided into sections dedicated to different stages of the production process. The first section is responsible for cutting the sandpaper into the desired size, which is then sorted and cut into different shapes based on the specific requirements of the customers. In the next section, the sandpaper is attached to the backing plates using high-quality adhesive.

To ensure the discs are perfectly balanced, the discs are placed on a balancing machine to check for any deviations in weight distribution. This process ensures that the finished discs will run smoothly and without any vibration.

Finally, the discs go through a rigorous quality control inspection where they are tested for strength, shape, and balance. Only products that pass our quality control criteria are approved for packaging and distribution.
