When sharpening the knife, hold the handle of the knife firmly with the right hand, and press the knife surface lightly and steadily with the fingers of the left hand, moving in a clockwise direction. The whetstone surface should be kept moist. The knife surface and the surface of the whetstone should maintain a stable angle, and the stone chips on the knife surface will remind you of the corresponding angle. Do not put more force on the fingers of the left hand when pulling back on the knife face, as it is easy to cause backlash. Gradual decompression when sharpening will result in a finely razor-sharp edge. The other side should also be ground back and forth in a clockwise direction

Using Instructions:

Clean and dry after using; Keep in a ventilative place after using;

Keep away from corrosion by acid, alkali and salt substances

1. Soak the stone in the water about 5 minutes,so that the stone can fully absorb moisture.

2.Use a sharpening device, grinding back and forth according to the blade angle. First use-1000

grinding 10-15minutes for a rough grinding. Then use #6000 grinding 10-15 minutes for a fine grinding

3.in order to keed humidtu and prevent the termperature from being too high, water or oil should be added propery in the process of sharpening. You can take and do three times on one side and then three times on the other side.

4. After you have sharpened the knife. wipe the knife with a wet cloth or rinse it with water, and rinse the

sharpening stone directly with water and put it in the air to dry.
