Conventional grinding application

(1) Use resin grinding wheel to grind the cylindrical surface, conical surface and shoulder end face of shafts, sleeves and other types of parts on the cylindrical grinder or universal grinder.
(2) Use the outer circumference of the resin grinding wheel or the end face of the grinding wheel, such as the bolt fastening grinding wheel, the atmospheric hole grinding wheel, the slotted grinding wheel, the perforated grinding wheel and the perforated grooved grinding wheel, as well as the end face of the multi-purpose cup grinding wheel and the cylindrical grinding wheel, to carry out the surface grinding for the various straightness of the mechanical parts to meet the requirements of straightness, surface roughness and the mutual position accuracy between the planes.
(3) The cylindrical surface of the resin grinding wheel or the resin grinding head shall be used on the internal cylindrical grinding machine, universal grinding machine or special grinding machine to carry out the internal grinding of the through-hole, blind hole, step hole, taper hole, bearing inner groove and other parts with high surface quality requirements.
(4) The resin grinding wheel, resin and rubber guide wheel are used for centerless grinding of the inner or outer circular surface of the rotary symmetry on the centerless grinder in the way of flexible positioning.
(5) Grind thread grinding wheel with special resin grinding wheel. (7) The resin powerful abrasive wheel is used for tool grinding. For cutting tool materials with high hardness, heat hardness, wear resistance and sufficient strength and toughness, such as carbon tool steel, alloy tool steel, high-speed steel, hard alloy, etc., tool grinding is carried out to achieve ideal accuracy, surface roughness and correct geometric shape, so that the cutting tool has high sharpness and durability.
