High -power cutting machine cutting disc selection
The high -power cutting machine usually uses the cutting power greater than 5.5kW, the speed is 2800 rpm, and the cutting workpiece is larger. Because the torque force is large and the damage to the cutting sheet is relatively large, there will be a certain rigidity for cutting discs. We usually use a thickness of 3.8mm. At the same time, due to the large cutting diameter, the resistance of the cutting disc will also increase, and the temperature generates at the cut surface will be very high. Therefore, it will be very important to reduce the cutting temperature. If possible, add water to cool when cutting. Experiments have proved that if water cooling is added during cutting, it can increase the durability of the cut piece by 1.5-2 times. However, there are no conditions to add water to cooling in some occasions. Therefore, when the sacred abrasive raid is produced, the powder cooler will be added according to the formula to help reduce the temperature when the cutting is produced, and the life of the cutting sheet will be increased.
