What is woolen disc
The method of vertically fixing short fibers (generally 0.03~0.5cm in length) on the substrate coated with adhesive is called flocking.
principle
The principle of woolen disc is to make use of the physical characteristics of the same charge, the opposite repulsion and the opposite attraction to make the villi bear a negative charge. Place the object to be flocked under the condition of zero potential or grounding, and the villi will be attracted by the plant body at the different potential, and will rise to the surface of the object to be flocked in a vertical acceleration. Because the plant body is coated with adhesive, the villi will be vertically adhered to the plant body.
